"Thirty years ago I would tell people litigation is cyclical. I don't think it is anymore. It's busy all the time, and in fact, our firm, and I think many other law firms, are in a constant hiring mode. It's quite a challenge because it's always busy," said Daniel Fleming of Wong Fleming.
