When readers of the New Jersey Law Journal caught up on legal news in 2022, stories about lawyers in trouble were most likely to grab their attention.

A review of the 30 articles that drew the most attention from online readers in the past year shows that about half involved lawyers and judges who were the focus of ethics cases, or facing suits for sexual harassment, or involved in assorted other predicaments ranging from domestic violence to violating rules of a social media site.
