Tanya N. Helfand has joined Schenck Price Smith & King as a partner, bringing her team from family law firm Helfand & Associates, and will chair Schenck Price's family law and divorce practice group. Also joining Schenck Price in the move is associate Jacqueline Pivawer, and support staff. Helfand has 28 years of experience and is a certified matrimonial attorney, according to the announcement. She handles custody, alimony, child support, complex financial cases, prenuptial agreements and domestic violence matters. She is a qualified mediator and certified collaborative divorce lawyer. New Branches for Florio Firm
Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli Tipton & Taylor earlier this year opened a new office in Easton, Pennsylvania, and in Belvidere. The Easton office, which opened Sept. 15, combines the firm's attorneys from its former offices in Phillipsburg and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The Easton office is located at: 91 Larry Homes Drive, Suite 200, Easton, PA 18042. Managing partner Brian Tipton said in a statement: "Our new location is only two miles from our former Phillipsburg office and 15 miles from the Bethlehem office. By combining these two offices into a new state-of-the-art building, we will be able to better serve our local clients in the Lehigh Valley and Warren County through increased convenience, collaboration, and efficiency. We are also staying true to our Warren County roots as we will be opening another office in Belvidere, New Jersey."
