An 86-year-old woman who sustained spinal and gastrointestinal injuries in a head-on crash agreed to a $3 million settlement in her Middlesex County suit, Palmieri v. Esposito, on Nov. 30.
Frances Palmieri was driving west on Route 70 in Toms River on July 6, 2020, when an oncoming vehicle driven by Lenore Esposito made a left turn, colliding head-on with Palmieri's vehicle.
