Bridgewater-based Norris McLaughlin announced six new hires: a partner and two associates in its New Jersey office, and associate hires to its Allentown, Pennsylvania, and New York offices. The firm added partner Adam Cook and associates Julien M. Baumrin, Rocco L. Beltrami, Alyssa Christian, Vaughn Parchment and Emily J. Viret. "Adam brings a tremendous amount of mergers and acquisitions experience to the firm and this group of associates provides additional depth in litigation, corporate law, and real estate law across our footprint," firm chair David C.
