A race discrimination suit by a New Jersey State Bar Association employee was resolved in a confidential settlement.
The parties agreed to keep the settlement terms confidential, according to Jacqueline Tillman, the Princeton lawyer representing plaintiff Tamika Wilson. The case was dismissed on Jan. 19.
