A $1.625 million settlement was reached prior to trial in Bernstein v. Friedman for a 38-year-old woman involved motor vehicle crash in Morris County.
On June 9, 2017, plaintiff, Cynthia Bernstein was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Tempe Wick Road and Corey Lane in Mendham. The defendant, Linda K. Friedman, made a left turn in front of Bernstein's vehicle and struck the front driver's side of her vehicle, the suit claimed.
