In a published opinion Tuesday, the New Jersey Appellate Division affirmed the denial of defendants’ motion to enforce a settlement agreement reached in voluntary mediation, relying on a state high court opinion in Willingboro Mall v. 240/242 Franklin Ave., in which no agreement was reached because it was not signed by the parties before mediation came to a close.

According to the opinion, this dispute concerned the sale of two nail salons, Sharon Nails and Ceci Nails, by the plaintiffs Gold Tree Spa, Golden Garden of Wall Township and Ok Sim Baik to the defendants PD Nail, CD Nail, Hee Jung Kim and Sook Hee Kim.
