Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on Tuesday filed a lawsuit against U.S. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, who has led a congressional probe into Bragg's indictment of former President Donald Trump, and former special assistant to the Manhattan DA Mark Pomerantz, urging the court to enjoin the enforcement of Jordan's subpoena against Pomerantz.
