The New Jersey State Bar Association called for a major overhaul of the state’s attorney discipline and fee arbitration procedures.

As it stands, the system takes too long to resolve cases, and makes it easy to file frivolous complaints, according to a report the association sent to Chief Justice Stuart Rabner on March 28.
