Dear Gov. Phil Murphy:
I was in Hudson County Superior Court recently on a ready civil matter for a severely injured worker that has been pending for many years with no real trial date. I was informed by a court official that because of the judge shortage, Hudson County is effectively suspending all civil trials indefinitely.
