Global law firm Jones Day is reopening a New Jersey controversy over churches' entitlement to taxpayer-funded historic preservation grants.
The firm filed a suit on behalf of two churches that were denied funds from a Morris County, New Jersey, program that helps pay for renovations of historic buildings.
