A court veteran with a varied resume has been appointed trial court administrator for New Jersey's Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren counties.
Jack J. Failla II was named trial court administrator by Glenn A. Grant, administrative director of the courts, on the recommendation of Assignment Judge Kevin Shanahan.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
