New Jersey-based Gibbons has brought on former Assistant U.S. Attorney Ricardo Solano Jr. for his third stint at the firm to help relaunch its white-collar and investigations practice.

Before arriving as co-chair for the firm’s white-collar group, Solano served as an associate in the criminal defense practice for several years starting in 2000 and later became a director in the practice in 2006. He’s hopped between private practice and public service throughout his career, including stints as an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey and as a first assistant attorney general for New Jersey.
