Judge Lesnewich Back at Fisher Phillips

Alan G. Lesnewich, former partner at Fisher Phillips and now-retired Superior Court judge, has rejoined the firm as senior counsel in its New Jersey office.

A former litigator and seasoned trial attorney, Lesnewich spent more than eight years of his legal career as a partner at Fisher Phillips before leaving in 2013 to serve as a judge on the Superior Court in Union County. He officiated civil trials, managed complex cases and was responsible for a significant motions docket. Lesnewich served on the bench for 10 years until he reached the mandatory retirement age of 70.

At Fisher Phillips, he will concentrate his practice on alternative dispute resolution of all types of employment cases, commercial litigation, claims of personal injury, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, legal malpractice, insurance coverage, contracts and professional malpractice matters. He will also be available to arbitrate cases, provide complex case management and act as a discovery master, the announcement noted.
