It has been more than a year since a dissenting opinion has been issued by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

In a year when the New Jersey Supreme Court has undergone massive change, the court managed to come to complete consensus. Last summer, the state’s high court sat at three vacancies. Then, in August, Chief Justice Stuart Rabner temporarily assigned three Appellate Division judges to fill the bench. Now, nearly a year later, the court is back to a full complement of judges.
