Pharmaceutical company Sanofi was hit with an employment lawsuit on Aug. 9 in New Jersey Superior Court for Ocean County. The lawsuit was brought by McOmber McOmber & Luber on behalf of a former employee who contends that he was wrongfully terminated and alleges that the defendant failed to accommodate his religious beliefs during the pandemic when the company required employees to be vaccinated. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is OCNL001823-23, Holl Christoph Vs Sanofi Us Services, Inc.
