Greenspoon Marder Adds Purow as Partner

Greenspoon Marder expanded its cannabis law and intellectual property practice groups with the addition of partner Jon Purow in the firm's Newark and New York offices. Purow joins the firm from Zuber Lawler, where he was counsel.

Purow concentrates his practice on general IP litigation and transactions, as well as cannabis regulatory, intellectual property, and transacgtional matters, according to the announcement. He works with a range of clients, from startups to publicly traded companies, to establish, protect, license and enforce IP. With respect to cannabis work, Purow navigates the regulations of the evolving industry to expand and protect brands, and handle the state license application process and subsequent regulatory compliance, the firm said.
