Javerbaum Wurgaft Adds Rosner Law

Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins acquired Rosner Law Offices in Vineland as of Oct. 1, adding three attorneys and six staff members. Dan Rosner, founder of Rosner Law Offices, joins as a partner.

"For over 40 years, Dan Rosner has been a leader in the legal profession and a very successful New Jersey plaintiff's personal injury lawyer," said Eric G. Kahn, managing partner of Javerbaum Wurgaft. "The integration of Dan's practice into Javerbaum Wurgaft provides us with a strong foothold in Cumberland County and surrounding areas."

Rosner was president of the New Jersey Association for Justice from 2015 to 2016. He is certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. In 2005 Rosner served as lead counsel in Serrano v. Serrano, in which the state Supreme Court handed down a landmark decision on automobile accidents. He has appeared as an amicus before the court on behalf of the NJAJ and the New Jersey State Bar Association on several cases, the release said. Rosner also won the largest jury verdict ever awarded in Cumberland County for a slip-and-fall injury, according to the announcement.

"I am excited to merge with Javerbaum Wurgaft because their trial teams consist of 80 attorneys across nine New Jersey offices," said Rosner. "Being a part of their firm will provide our client base tremendous resources and expansion opportunities."

The firm also welcomed Thomas M. Thistle as a partner and Matthew J. Solin as of counsel.
