The New Jersey judiciary hosted the sixth annual attorney pro bono recognition ceremony Thursday, which honored 13 attorneys for their exceptional dedication to providing legal services to those in need.

Chief Justice Stuart Rabner opened the ceremony at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex in Trenton by saying that the honorees have made a difference in the lives of people in need of legal assistance that they could not afford by serving as guardians, handling domestic violence proceedings, and small claims and civil disputes.
