Fox Rothschild Welcomes Back Partner
Fox Rothschild has announced the return of Adam Busler as partner in the litigation department in the Atlantic City office. Busler rejoins the firm form his general counsel position with Outcome Healthcare. He was previously with the firm for more than nine years.
"Adam is a solutions-oriented litigator who returns to Fox having gained valuable in-house experience as general counsel for a regional health care provider," said Eileen Oakes Muskett, managing partner of the firm's Atlantic City office, in a statement. "We're thrilled to have him back on board."

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.
