A federal judge ruled that an office equipment vendor isn’t bound by New Jersey’s law barring state business with companies that operate in Russia.

U.S. District Judge Robert Kirsch enjoined New Jersey from designating Kyocera Document Solutions America as an entity conducting prohibited activities under the state’s Russia Act.
