Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit on Nike's behalf in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey against a small sneaker company, Global Heartbreak, and its founder, Naadier Riles, for allegedly copying the design of Nike's Air Jordan 1 High.
