With remote work and the regional sprawl of law firms on the rise, Stark & Stark is taking a novel approach to practice leadership in part to boost cross-office collaboration and cohesion.

The New Jersey-based law firm has elevated two longtime Stark & Stark lawyers to lead its active accident and personal injury practice. But rather than working out of the same office, the pair will be working on opposite sides of the Delaware River.
