Manning Gross Opens New Office, Welcomes New Partners
Manning Gross + Massenburg has welcomed Nancy McDonald and Gabriel Ferstendig to the firm as partners. They will be based in the firm's new office in Basking Ridge, which will open on April 1, according to an announcement by the firm. David Primack and Jodie Ryan have also joined the firm as partners, in the Boston, Wilmington, and New York offices.

McDonald represents companies in various industries in complex multi-party toxic tort and mass tort litigation. She has tried a number of asbestos cases to verdict and otherwise achieved favorable resolutions in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Nancy also has experience handling appeals in toxic tort, product liability, commercial and construction litigation.
Ferstendig defends corporate and insurance clients in complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort litigation, including manufacturers and distributors spanning a wide range of industries and products.
Sarno da Costa Adds Family Law Partner
Sarno da Costa D'Aniello Maceri is pleased to announce that Albertina "Abby" Webb has joined the firm's family law practice group as a partner. She joins the firm from Hill Wallack.
Webb will continue to concentrate her practice on matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, alimony, pre-and post-judgment matters, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence matters, the announcement said.
