CSG Law Names Tremain Stanley Chair of Family Law Group

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi (CSG Law) has announced that Tremain Stanley has been named chair of the firm's family law group, joining her colleague and fellow chair, Susan Reach Winters, in the leadership of the practice group.

Stanley, who is also the group's practice group leader, is a seasoned litigator and mediator with more than 20 years of experience handling family and matrimonial disputes including divorce, child support and custody, alimony and domestic violence, the announcement said.

"Tremain and I have worked together for many years, and, from the beginning, I have been in awe of her leadership strengths and her aptitude as a lawyer in the arena of family law," said Winters in a statement. "Throughout her career, Tremain has continually earned the respect of her colleagues, adversaries and judges, and demonstrated her ability to meet the challenges ahead of her. She's a superstar."

In 2015, Stanley participated in the New Jersey Supreme Court's Domestic Violence Pilot Program, which sought to explore the possibility of economic mediation in disputes in which there is a final restraining order.

"I have been a part of Susan's team for more than 20 years and I am honored to continue collaborating with her in this new role to expand opportunities for the group," Stanley said in a statement.

Stanley earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was co-chair of the Seton Hall Women's Law Forum. She earned her bachelor's, in history and French, from Ursinus College.
