Chasan Lamparello Expands Education Law Team
Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo has announced the addition of three attorneys to its education practice group: Dennis McKeever, Marcie Mackolin and Jaclyn Morgese. The attorneys join the firm from Cornell, Merlino & Osborne, and they will concentrate their practice on school law generally and as counsel to boards of education.
"We are pleased to welcome these esteemed attorneys who bring a depth of school law experience to our already robust education law practice," said firm managing partner Ralph J. Lamparello. "Their deep understanding of the legal issues facing schools and boards of education will further strengthen the firm's education law Department, allowing us to bring enhanced services to boards of education throughout New Jersey."
McKeever has over 25 years of experience in school law and focuses his practice on general board counsel, board ethics, negotiations, and construction law, the announcement said. He has knowledge of policy and procedural matters related to personnel, labor law, employment investigations, school construction, student issues and contracts and negotiations, having served as chief spokesperson in representing public employers in labor and collective bargaining.
