Lowenstein Sandler has announced that two business professionals with experience in the legal and financial industries have joined the firm's senior management team. Jared Kaplan has joined the firm as its chief innovation & information officer (CIIO), and Maureen Naughton will take on the new role of chief administrative officer (CAO). Kaplan and Naughton join chief operating officer Michael R. As CIIO, Kaplan will oversee Lowenstein's technology, data security, knowledge management, and legal research strategy and execution, in addition to driving innovation throughout the firm's practices and offices, the announcement said.
