New Jersey’s cannabis market continues to grow steadily since recreational sales began in April 2022. In 2023, the market earned $800,279,300 in medicinal and recreational cannabis sales, up from $555,654,794 in 2022, and in the first quarter of 2024, recreational sales alone brought in more than $201 million, a 38% increase from the same period last year.
