Another year means another class of summer associates in New Jersey, and this year's class remains strong. A total of 100 summer associates were hired across the surveyed firms, which is slightly above the total of the last two years. Similar to the last three years, the average number of summer associates per firm was just over four (4.2 in 2024; 4.3 in 2023), which shows that firms have remained consistent in the post-pandemic hiring landscape.
