Eight former employees at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon have hit the New Jersey firm with suits accusing it of gender discrimination and wage-and-hour violations.

The suits accuse Davis Saperstein of retaliating against an office clerk who was aiding another employee with an unpaid wages claim, paying a woman paralegal $10,000 less than a male counterpart and failing to accommodate a new mother who sought accommodation for her newborn child’s medical needs.
