Laddey Clark & Ryan in Sparta has welcomed senior attorney Kim Daniels Walsh as the newest member of the firm’s wills, trusts & estates team, an announcement by the firm said. Prior to joining the firm, Walsh served as the fiduciary market manager for PNC Private Bank.

Walsh’s practice focuses on assisting individuals and their loved ones through the various aspects of estate planning, elder law and care planning, including Medicaid, asset preservation, and real estate matters. She has served in various executive governmental, legal and banking roles in New Jersey before joining LCR. She has served in several senior roles in the New Jersey court system. As the first ombudsman for Morris and Sussex counties, she worked to ensure access and assistance for all court users. She subsequently was named as the municipal division manager, overseeing the Morris and Sussex County Municipal Courts as well as the assistant chief of probation for Morris and Sussex counties.
