Chief Justice Stuart Rabner cautioned that he had First Amendment concerns at a New Jersey Supreme Court oral argument session Tuesday in a dispute over whether lawyers should be able to buy a keyword of another attorney's name in the hopes of gaining a competitive edge online.
Rabner raised the concern that if the court intervened to limit the keyword purchase practice, it could interfere with the First Amendment.
