When it comes to finding ways to navigate complex and time-consuming legal issues, New Jersey's Superior Court is open for business.
New Jersey litigators and their business clients have special resources available to them when they file their cases through the Complex Business Litigation Program (CBLP). The program presents litigants with an attractive option by providing parties with a specialized forum that allows for individualized case management and flexible attorney-driven discovery schedules. Court rules specific to the CBLP and individually assigned judges work within the program to promptly address and resolve commercial litigation.
