New Jersey is one of the top destinations for bankruptcy filings, according to a recent report.
A new report from Cornerstone Research finds that the Garden State was the third most popular spot to file for bankruptcy across the country, beating out even the Southern District of New York, which has long been a mainstay of top bankruptcy venues.
