A New Jersey appeals court has dismissed a libel suit against a Muslim advocacy group, which stemmed from an incident in which a teacher allegedly pulled a hijab off the head of a second-grade student.
But the appeals court refused to dismiss a libel claim against a woman who sharply criticized the teacher on social media.
