For the first time in 45 years, the New Jersey Supreme Court is offering disbarred attorneys a possible path back to practicing law.
On Tuesday, the New Jersey Supreme Court issued an administrative determination and order, which addressed mandatory disbarments for those who knowing misappropriated client funds. However, the court ultimately determined that all attorneys should be allowed a path back to reinstatement, not just those disbarred for misappropriation of client funds.
