The Monmouth County Superior Court bench may soon drop to just two vacant seats after Matthew Goode, a commercial litigator, unanimously passed the Senate Judiciary Committee Monday.
Goode practices with Arbus, Maybruch & Goode in Hazlet, specializing in local government law, estates and trusts, and commercial litigation. He also serves as borough attorney in Freehold and township attorney in Ocean.
