A man who suffered spinal injuries after being hit by a mail truck has agreed to settle his claims for nearly $2 million.
According to his attorney, Andrew Statmore of Fredson Statmore Bitterman, plaintiff Robert Zaccone settled the lawsuit, Zaccone v. United States, which was filed in New Jersey federal court, for $1.85 million.
