In the New Jersey Senate’s final 2024 session, the legislators confirmed a new Mercer County prosecutor and seven nominees to the Superior Court.
Retired Superior Court Judge Janetta D. Marbrey, who stepped down from the bench earlier this year, was unanimously confirmed Thursday as the next Mercer County prosecutor. She will replace Angelo J. Onofri, who retired in August.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
