In a pair of disciplinary decisions released Tuesday, one New Jersey attorney was disbarred for using his firm’s credit card to buy into his gambling addiction, while another was censured for neglecting a client when he shuttered his firm in the middle of her case.

Daniel A. Frischberg, a former associate with a Marlton-based law firm, was disbarred by the New Jersey Supreme Court after being charged with knowingly misappropriating law firm funds. A second decision issued a censure to Russell F. Anderson Jr., formerly a partner at Honig & Anderson, which has since closed.
