LLC of Chaska, Minn., a health and beauty products wholesaler and retailer, for $4.8 million; Ogilvie, a hair-care products manufacturer, to Helen of Troy Ltd. of El Paso, Texas, a personal-care products maker, for $4.72 million; mouthwash maker Binaca and toothbrush maker TEK, to Dr. Fresh Inc. of Buena Park, Calif., a maker and distributor of oral-care products, for a total of $3.1 million; and Baby Magic Bath and Skin Care, a maker of baby skin care products, to Naterra International Inc. of Dallas, a cosmetics maker and wholesaler, for $3 million.
