Full-Court Press — Mitchell Rait says it seems like a lifetime ago that he started up the New Jersey Lawyers Basketball League in 1988 by printing an invitation in the Law Journal.
Now, with 35 teams and more than 230 players, the league is gearing up for its 20th year. The eight-game season begins Dec. 15, along with a post-season championship tournament.
