The search warrant at issue contained a no-knock provision due to what the issuing judge described as defendant’s “assaultive behavior [and] multiple involvement with [the] criminal justice system.” Before executing the warrant, Police Officer Stephen Wenger met with an advance team sent by David Meyer, then the supervisor of the New Jersey State Police Technical Emergency and Mission Specialists (TEAMS) Unit.
