The Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday recommended confirmation of four new Superior Court judge candidates, including Mary Thurber of Bergen County, whose nomination had been delayed by questions about her fee in an estate probate case.
The committee also voted in favor of tenure for a sitting Bergen County judge, Joseph Rosa, whose renomination was tabled a week earlier.
