It’s well settled that the legal profession involves a fair amount of stress, even in good times. And now, we’re coping with a difficult economy, spending too much time trying to collect fees we’ve earned, and anxiously pondering the value of our 401(k)s. But we must persevere, not only for ourselves, but for the sake of our clients, our business partners, and our friends and family.
So how do we get some relief? I, for one, have found that each of the activities listed below has brought me some joy in these trying times. Perhaps one or more of the suggestions below will have a similar effect on you.
