Archer & Greiner, New Jersey’s 12th largest firm, will enhance its Pennsylvania presence by acquiring 21-lawyer Philadelphia’s Pelino & Lentz on Jan. 1. The move will grow the combined firm to 176 attorneys.

Archer & Greiner says it hopes the move, announced on Dec. 22, will help attract Pennsylvania clients, while Pelino & Lentz sees it as a way of increasing its depth with environmental, intellectual property, personal injury and matrimonial services.
