01-2-2572 Martinez v. Board of Review et al. , App. Div. (per curiam) (5 pp.) Claimant appeals a decision by the Board of Review that found she left work voluntarily without good cause attributable to the work, disqualifying her for unemployment benefits. Claimant argues that she left work because of harassment by a supervisor that formed a hostile work environment causing physical and emotional harm and a “danger to her disability.” Finding plaintiff failed to follow her employer’s grievance procedures, failed to raise these issues prior to this appeal, and failed to provide any medical evidence to support her claims, the appellate panel affirmed. [Decided Dec. 30, 2008.]
