New Jersey’s U.S. senators told President Obama Friday they want him to nominate Paul Fishman to be the next U.S. Attorney for New Jersey, and the appointment is likely to sail through because Fishman has the credentials: 14 years as a prosecuting attorney and service to Democrats.
He was on the transition team studying the Justice Department after President Obama’s election victory.
