Omar Sanders was a passenger in a car owned and operated by Patricia Leslie when it was involved in a collision with a car operated by Norma Langemeier. He was taken to the hospital, where he received emergency treatment for his injuries. Two weeks later, he began a further course of treatment for which he incurred medical bills.
